Our experience with Bear State Construction was a very positive experience and I would definitely use them again for other remodel activities in my home.

Islander worked with us to bring everything we wanted in our bathroom remodel together. He offered suggestions and recommendations based upon things we wanted considered. Islander and his entire team were very professional, They arrived at the same time every day. They were never late, and I appreciate that more than most will understand. Each day before they left, they cleaned up and I never had to deal with cleaning up after them.

Their communication was very appreciated. Anytime I had a question I received a quick response. I thoroughly enjoyed working with all of the staff and getting to know them as they are genuinely nice people.

I'm looking forward to my next bathroom remodel with the Bears State Construction team!

Islander and his entire team did a great job on my 1960's home! They did an amazing job on my bathroom remodels and my kitchen remodel. The lighting they used in my hallway is so perfect, it is almost my favorite place in my home. He also hand crafted my fireplace which is a beautiful work of art. Thank You!

Islander and his team did an amazing job on the bathroom remodel in our 1940s home. They showed up on time every day, worked the full day, and cleaned up the space each workday so we had minimal disruption to our routine. Our home is a single bathroom house, and they were very mindful in scheduling the installs to make sure we didn't have to go without the toilet for longer than was absolutely necessary to the job.
Islander is communicative and super involved throughout the job, he made recommendations that improved the outcome, and went above and beyond to source a couple things that were hard to find but felt really important to us.
We could not be happier with the final product and will absolutely hire them again as we continue to improve our old house. Give them a call. 5 star experience!

Bear State Construction is a construction company that a person who can depend doing a great job. Islander is an expert, very knowledgeable of the type of work he does and he is very courteous.

Islander is a wonderful general contractor and a pleasure to work with. He has many good ideas and helped us with many of the decisions we had to make during our whole house remodel. Weâ ve hired contractors in the past and none of them have come close to the workmanship, expertise and patience Islander provides. He is meticulous with his work and at the end of each day, he cleaned everything up and never left a mess. We definitely recommend Islander to others and he will always be the contractor we will go to for any of our future projects.

Ran into some problems with orders due to Covid. They made an extra effort to get over and get the job done.
